Advance directives are documents you can complete to protect
your rights, determine your medical treatment and help your family and doctor
understand your wishes about your health care.
That’s
why Franciscan St. Francis Health is hosting events from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.,
Friday, April 15 to educate the public about the importance of having advance
health care directives. The locations are:

events coincide with the National Health Care Decisions Day, designed to raise awareness about
the importance of advance care planning.
