Polly Moore joins Indiana Heart Physicians at St. Francis


INDIANAPOLIS – Polly A. Moore, M.D., has established a practice at the Indiana Heart Physicians at St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers.

Moore is board-certified in internal medicine and board-eligible in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

She has privileges at St. Francis hospitals in Indianapolis, Beech Grove and Mooresville, and has courtesy privileges at Morgan County Hospital in Martinsville and William S. Major Hospital in Shelbyville.

Moore comes to St. Francis from St. Vincent Hospital & Health Care after completing a fellowship and residency. She’s a 2001 graduate of the IU School of Medicine and earned her undergraduate degree in nursing at Ball State University.

Her other professional experience includes service at St. Vincent Hospital, the IU Department of Anesthesiology, Wishard Memorial Hospital and Bloomington Hospital.

Moore holds several professional affiliations, including the American College of Cardiology, Americans Society of Echocardiography, American College of Physicians and American Medical Women’s Association.
